Harmonizing Emotions: Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Teens
Emotions, especially in the turbulent adolescent years, can often become overwhelming. Dialetical Behavioral Therapy is slightly different than CBT in that it places extra emphasis on mindfulness and accepting emotions.
